Registration is now open for the annual RGS-IBG PGF Mid-Term Conference, held at Royal Holloway, University of London (18th-20th April 2018). Please note: this year we are offering discounted accommodation on campus – see more details below.

Conference Fee

Full conference registration: £60

Fees include registration and delegate pack, attendance at all keynotes and workshops, lunches, refreshments during the day, wine reception and conference dinner.

Delegates will need to cover the costs of their own accommodation and travel, breakfasts, and evening meals on the 18th and 20th. Details about the conference dinner (incl. menu choices), workshops and keynotes will be circulated in due course.

This year we are offering discounted accommodation as part of the registration fee, with rooms available in our popular Founders building (pictured below). Priced at £68 for both nights (incl. breakfast), this inexpensive option might be preferable to local/London hotel rates. Our Egham campus is approx. 45 minutes from London Waterloo by train.

Rooms available in Founders are limited, so please consider booking in advance.
